2. No water and sewage or trash bills for Disabled Vets.

   Stop charging us disabled veterans water and sewage or trash bills for Disabled Vets. Most of the surrounding towns don't charge their Disabled vets. But this is where Gardner gets the reputation...

   Stop charging us disabled veterans water and sewage or trash bills for Disabled Vets. Most of the surrounding towns don't charge their Disabled vets. But this is where Gardner gets the reputation for being a greedy town!!! This is the 3rd time I posted this. Lets see if it goes through this time.
