As of October 1, 2020 most Health Department permits moved to an electronic online system called Open Gov. This is a web-based system that allows the applicant to apply and track our permitting and licensing process from start to finish.
First-time users will need to create an account, then can apply for (or renew) a permit or license electronically. You can pay using a debit or credit card or you can pay with cash or check in the office. You will receive email updates of the progress of your application. In many cases, your permit or license will be emailed to you once approved. If you do not have a computer, there is a public kiosk for applications in our office.
