In order to view any RFP, RFQ & IFBs online, you must register for each proposal you are interested in. Your registration will also give us the contact information to forward any Addendum or additional information should it become available for that particular bid or proposal. Once you register, you will promptly be redirected to the bid or proposal you selected.
Bids & proposals posted on this website are for informational purposes. It is the vendor or contractor's responsibility to make certain they have received any and all addenda and required documents relating to the bid or proposal prior to the opening date.
Unless otherwise noted, all bids & proposals should be submitted to Mary Delaney, Director of Purchasing, 95 Pleasant Street, Room 215, Gardner, MA 01440 prior to the opening date and time indicated in the bid or proposal documents.
