CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

Announcement - Any person may make a video or audio recording of an open session of a meeting, or may transmit the meeting through any medium, subject to reasonable requirements of the Chair as to the number, placement and operation of equipment used so as not to interfere with the conduct of the meeting.~ Any person intending to make such recording shall notify the Chair forthwith. All Documents referenced or used during the meeting must be submitted in duplicate to the Conservation Agent for the Conservation Commission. All documents shall become part of the official record of the meeting.

Request for Determination of Applicability
Gardner Municipal Golf Course, William Frank, to determine if the proposed irrigation power line installation is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and/or the Gardner Wetlands Protection Ordinance.
Old Business
The Agent contacted Doug Pochini concerning the GGCDC project on West Street, to remove more unclean fill and debris from the site and to repair the sign showing the MassDEP file number.
New Business
Doug Pochini is requesting that the Commission send a letter to the Assessor indicating the approximate amounts of open water and wetlands at 525 Parker Street for tax assessment purposes.
Virgil D’Onfro has inquired about what needs to be done to begin work again at Chapelwoods Subdivision. All previous filings have expired.
Request for Acting Chair, Michael Roy, to sign a letter to the City Auditor authorizing Katherine Moore to sign Conservation Commission payrolls on his behalf.
Mark Dymek is requesting Commission review to determine necessity of filing for new construction on Lot B on Clark Street, just east (right) of 785 Clark Street, near the intersection with Otter River Road.
