Announcement - Any person may make a video or audio recording of an open session of a meeting, or may transmit the meeting through any medium, subject to reasonable requirements of the Chair as to the number, placement and operation of equipment used so as not to interfere with the conduct of the meeting.~ Any person intending to make such recording shall notify the Chair forthwith.  All Documents referenced or used during the meeting must be submitted in duplicate to the Conservation Agent for the Conservation Commission.  All documents shall become part of the official record of the meeting.

Minutes
                Acceptance of Minutes of the Meetings of February 14 & February 28, 2011

           Request for Extension Permit for Order of Conditions
Kendall Pond aquatic vegetation and algae management (MassDEP file #160-282). Chris Daly of Kendall Pond Betterment Association is requesting a three-year extension.  The current Extension expires on 4/13/11.  Proof of recording is not required because the Pond has multiple owners.  
                
Old Business  
Discussion of potential adoption of the most current MassDEP wetlands map layer as the acceptable standard for preliminary wetlands identification on private parcels in relation to property values for tax assessments.
 

 New Business
Discussion concerning the interpretation of the Order of Conditions (MassDEP filing #160-519) for the demolition of 2 large buildings on the south side of Mill Street that border the wetlands.  The Order is valid until 1/26/12.

Discussion of beaver problem affecting 145 Brookside Drive.

Most of the Conservation Commission member appointments are expiring in 2011.

Conservation Commission members can stop by the Personnel Department in Room 14 in City Hall during regular business hours to have a photograph taken for an identification badge to take on site visits.

A vote is needed to authorize spending $18.08 on clasp envelopes.
