The Greater Gardner CDC will hold a First Time Homebuyer Class on Sat., Jan. 8 and Sat., Jan. 15 at the Greater Gardner CDC Office, 246 Central St. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendance is required at both sessions. This course leads to a First Time Homebuyer Certificate now required by most financial institutions for individuals purchasing their first home. Pre-registration is required.
