ICP BALLOTING COMPUTER PROGRAM TEST

In accordance with the provisions of 950 CMR §54.02, the City Clerk will conduct a test of the City’s ImageCast Precinct (“ICP”) balloting computer program on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 beginning at 8:00 A.M. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 95 Pleasant Street. The test shall incorporate a “test deck” of optical scanner ballots for the November 3, 2020 State Election, marked in such a way as to adequately test the computer program; demonstrate rejection of overvoted ballots; and test any other contents of the program which may have a bearing upon the accuracy of the count. The test shall include an audit of the accuracy of the test count. The testing is open to the public.
